Founded by J.B. Haviland in 1968, Haviland Pool & Spa is a division of Haviland Enterprises, Inc. that produces water treatment products (pool and spa chemicals) comprised of eight house brands including ProTeam and SpaPure, while also private-labeling products for nationally recognized pool centers.

We are proud to be a 100 percent employee-owned and operated company. Haviland is employee-owned and operated through an ESOP, which stand for Employee Stock Ownership Plan. An ESOP means that 100 percent of Haviland’s stock is owned by Haviland employees via a Trust. Our employees benefit from the long-term success of our company, which means we all have stake in our customers’ success.
